Type I collagen-based ophthalmic medical device indicated for corneal repair in animals, such as corneal perforations, ulcers, and stromal defects. It enables the growth of ocular surface epithelium and facilitates the migration of epithelial cells for their revitalization.
Indications
Before using the product, it should be hydrated for 20 minutes in a sterile saline solution. Afterwards, it can be cut to size for use, and several layers can be overlaid if necessary.
