How do I make a purchase?
It's very easy. After registering for free, just enter the online shop by clicking on the categories you are interested in, or search for a specific product in the search box.

How do you send goods to my home?
By international courier: TNT, Fercam or other international couriers. The goods arrive packed in sealed, customized packs.

International delivery?
To send your goods abroad we have to assess the cost of delivery with the courier. The cost is calculated based on: destination-weight-volume and type of service (express or economy). Based on your order we will send you a quote for the cost. If accepted we will proceed with the dispatch.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time depends on the transport service chosen; you will have the possibility to choose based on your requirements.

If they deliver the goods but no-one is at home, what happens?
Normally couriers deliver during office hours to the address that you have provided, however it is not possible to arrange a time slot. To avoid problems, we recommend that you provide an address for delivery where someone is always present, at a shop or office for example. The courier will attempt to redeliver the goods the following day.

If I change my address or I would like the parcel to be delivered to another address how do I let you know?
If you decide to change the delivery location you simply need to notify it by email to If the order is already dispatched it is not possible to change the address.

Returning goods
In the event that without notice you have received a different product to the one ordered, or a product has been damaged in transit, you can request a replacement. Please write an email stating the following information: customer details, order number, reason for replacement and replacement product requested, and send it to

In the event that the goods received are correct as per your order, but you wish to exchange them for a different size, color, pack or model for example, simply write an email to us stating the following information: customer details, order number, reason for exchange and products requested in exchange, and send it to

Is it secure to use my credit card on
It certainly is! Demas uses the most modern data encryption system, which does not allow anyone apart from Unicredit to see the number on your credit card.

When is my credit card actually charged?
The charge is made only when the goods are dispatched to you.

What does registration entail?
When you register you will fill out a short form by entering your name and some information (as required by law) that allows us to include you among our customers. Registration does not cost anything. Please note that entering false or invalid information is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of the registration. Using data belonging to other people is a crime punishable by law.
