Since 1905 Foschi is in continuous dialogue with the professionals of the sector to research and design solutions that improve the work of the veterinary doctor and safeguard animal wellbeing. With its own Academy, Foschi promotes and shares the knowledge gained during more than 100 years, investing in the new generation talents.
The Pet-store chain Giulius is the reference point for the pet-owners. With more than 18.000 items, every shop has a dedicated area for companion animals’ accessories and a veterinary para-pharmacy, which includes a human corner. Giulius is a project with an innovative and original format, that is growing across the Italian territory.
LOADING AN INNOVATIVE EXPERIENCE
Growth acceleration came in 2020 with the acquisition of Demas, as majority shareholder, from Gioconda, the Italian branch of LBO France, through the Small Caps Opportunities fund.
In July 2021, the acquisition of 85% of the share capital of Punto Azzurro S.r.l and in August 2021 the creation of the software house Snoots enrich the development of Demas in Italy, strengthening its leadership in the reference market, completing its offer.
The President and Chief Executive Officer Fabrizio Foglietti continues to lead the Group, that keeps on growing without changing its well-defined values and pillars.
