Modern otoscope with maintenance-free LED illumination. Twice as bright as a conventional XHL Xenon halogen otoscope. No maintenance required as there is no need to replace the bulb. LED heat management for constant brightness throughout the operating life.

Performance indicator: Maximum light intensity when the device is turned on. Subsequent adjustment of brightness to actual battery charge level.

Distal fiber optic (F.O.) illumination: Homogeneous, glare-free illumination of the eardrum and ear canal.

Viewing window with 3 x magnification and optimized frame surface for a large, clear image with minimal reflections. Integrated viewing window with laterally adjustable lens.

Pneumatic test for tympanic membrane mobility using blower fitting and optional blower fitting element.

Clip with integrated on/off switch. Automatic power off when clipped to pocket. 20,000 guaranteed on/off.

Replaceable batteries (AA size), or optional rechargeable battery with mini NT charger.

Fade-Out Feature: brightness slowly dims when there is low remaining charge capacity, for even more efficient use of dry or rechargeable batteries.
